The preparation work before installation is crucial, and three points need to be done well: first, determine the installation position, priority should be given to a horizontal plane parallel to the building to ensure a reasonable projection angle, avoid the beam directly irradiating the human body or traffic arteries, and keep away from flammable and explosive items to do a good job in safety protection; second, check the equipment and accessories, confirm that the laser projectors, brackets, expansion screws, cables, and other accessories are complete, the equipment is not damaged, and the cables meet the waterproof and flame-retardant requirements; third, plan the wiring scheme, choose the hidden position of the building for wiring, avoid the cables being exposed to prevent wind and rain erosion and man-made damage.
The installation process needs to follow standard steps to ensure safety and stability. Step 1: Fix the bracket, use angle steel to weld a special structural frame, and fix the bracket on the force point of the building with 12mm expansion screws to ensure that the bracket is firm and not loose; Step 2: Auxiliary reinforcement, use 2 sets of safety steel wires more than 10 times the weight of the laser projector to pass through the connection holes for auxiliary reinforcement to further improve the safety of the equipment; Step 3: Anti-rust and anti-static treatment, spray anti-rust paint and anti-static spray on the contact surface between the bracket and the building, the screw fixing points, and other positions to extend the service life of the equipment; Step 4: Power wiring, select PVC-Uφ20 semi-rigid flame-retardant cable conduit, introduce BVR6mm flexible core copper wire, and do a good job in multi-layer waterproof and insulation treatment at the joints to ensure electrical safety.
After the installation is completed, it is necessary to conduct power-on trial operation and commissioning. Before the trial operation, use an ohmmeter to test the resistance value of each circuit and check whether the action of the distribution cabinet switch is normal; after power-on, first use a voltmeter to test the incoming line voltage, then close the air circuit breaker in turn, observe the current fluctuation, make records, and conduct continuous trial operation for 6-12 hours to ensure stable operation of the equipment. During commissioning, adjust the projection angle, beam intensity, and pattern effect according to the scene needs to ensure that the laser pattern is clear, the color is uniform, and it is perfectly integrated with the scene atmosphere. In addition, after the installation is completed, it is necessary to regularly check the fixing of the equipment, the condition of the cables, and timely clean the dust on the surface of the equipment to ensure the long-term stable operation of the outdoor laser projectors and continuously present outstanding light and shadow effects.
